Final-sale policy
Because Altarus Beauty products are personal-care and cosmetic items, all sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns of opened, used, tested, or unwanted products.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item to logo@nolifelogo.com within 7 calendar days of the carrier's delivered date. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video showing the product, issue, packaging, and shipping label.
Keep the item and all original packaging while the claim is reviewed. Do not mail a product anywhere unless Altarus Beauty provides written return instructions.
If a claim is approved, Altarus Beauty will provide an appropriate resolution, which may be a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Minor cosmetic packaging wear that does not affect product safety or usability may not qualify.
Order cancellations and changes
Orders can enter private-label production quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or change. We cannot guarantee a cancellation, address change, or product change after processing or production begins.
Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt are not automatically eligible for a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is available, subject to applicable law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit after Shopify confirms the refund.
