Where we ship

Altarus Beauty ships to addresses within the United States and to most international destinations. A small number of countries require import certifications that we do not currently hold; if we are unable to lawfully ship to your address, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping charges

United States — free. Standard U.S. shipping is included in our product prices, with no added fee at checkout.

Canada — flat $19.99 USD. All other countries — flat $25.99 USD. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are prepared through our fulfillment partner. Processing generally takes 2-3 business days before shipment. Standard carrier transit is then estimated at 3–5 business days within the United States, and longer for international destinations. Processing and transit times are estimates, not guarantees — weekends, holidays, product availability, customs clearance, remote destinations, severe weather, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout once available. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy and failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and contact us immediately at support@altarusbeauty.com if you notice an error. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order enters processing. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt are not automatically eligible for a refund, and reshipment may require an additional charge, subject to applicable law.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first, then contact us promptly with your order number. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days of the carrier's delivered date. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
